Delivery Service

Around Kathmandu Valley
Deliveries will be made within 48 hours from the time of order.

Outside Kathmandu Valley
Deliveries will be made within a week from the time of order.

 

Cancellations, Returns & Exchange

We accept cancellations only if the request is made before your order is dispatched. We do accept return and exchange if the product is unused and resalable within 7 days of purchase. You will require a purchase invoice to proceed with this request. Please inform us with your contact info at “info@mheecha.com”. We will contact you after we receive the e-mail and we will go through the process. Customer will have to bare the delivery/pickup charge for exchange and return.
